Step 1: Place Your Order

Step 2: Design Consultation
Send us a photo or detailed description of the pendant style you want. We’ll schedule a call to finalize your design and make sure every detail is exactly how you envision it.
Step 3: Production & Delivery
Once you approve your final design, your custom pendant will be sent into production. Please allow 1–2 business weeks after approval for completion.
